Move with greater confidence.

The RYLVO Adjustable Patella Support Strap provides focused support directly beneath the kneecap without the bulk of a full knee sleeve. Its sculpted support pad follows the natural contour of the knee, while the adjustable woven strap creates a secure, personalised fit.

Designed for walking, running, gym training, hiking and everyday movement.

Why you’ll love it:

  • Targeted support beneath the kneecap

  • Sculpted, soft-touch support pad

  • Fully adjustable wraparound fit

  • Lightweight and low-profile design

  • Breathable, durable woven strap

  • Comfortable during everyday activity and exercise

  • Quick to put on and easy to adjust

How to wear:

Position the curved support pad directly below your kneecap—not over it. Wrap the strap behind your knee and secure it firmly. Adjust until it feels supportive without restricting circulation or movement.

Move freely. Train confidently. Keep going with RYLVO.

Good everyday support

I wanted something smaller than a full knee sleeve, so I gave this a try. I wore it for just over an hour and did not have to keep pulling it back into place. Very happy with it and it is now part of my usual kit. I mainly use it for cycling.

Useful, with a small learning curve

I normally dislike wearing supports, but this looked less restrictive. The curved section sits neatly below the kneecap and does not cover the whole joint. Happy with it after a week, but there is a little trial and error with tension.

Secure once positioned

I bought the pair so I could keep one at home and one in my gym bag. I can adjust the tension gradually, which makes the fit much easier to control. I would buy it again and have already recommended it to a family member.

Happy after a week

I keep a small training bag and wanted support that would not take up much space. It took a couple of minutes to work out the best position, then it felt secure. Good product once positioned correctly, but the first attempt felt too tight.

Now stays in my gym bag

I have been using it during light home workouts for a few weeks now. The hardware feels solid and the stitching looks tidy. I would buy it again and have already recommended it to a family member.

Arrived as expected and feels well made. I like the low-profile shape.

Better than a bulky sleeve

I was looking for a simple bit of extra support rather than a full brace. It is light enough that I forget about it once I get moving. I have ended up using it more often than I expected.

Fine for shorter sessions

I was unsure about ordering at first, but the compact design appealed to me. The woven part feels breathable and has not rubbed my skin. It works reasonably well, though I would prefer a slightly longer adjustment range. I mainly use it for long shifts at work.

Useful, with a small learning curve

I ordered one mainly to use for travelling. It fits easily in a coat pocket, which is handy when I am out for the day. The product itself is good, but the packaging was fairly basic.

Fit took some practice

Arrived earlier this week and I have already used it for golf. It feels supportive without making normal movement awkward. Not bad, but the instructions need to be much clearer for first-time users.

Pleased with the quality

My old support felt far too warm, so I switched to this strap. It fits easily in a coat pocket, which is handy when I am out for the day. A small product that has fitted into my routine really well.

Useful for my walks

I needed something adjustable for five-a-side football and decided to try this. I was pleased that it did not bunch up behind my knee like my sleeve did. Good quality for the price and much easier to carry than a sleeve.

Comfortable fit

I was unsure about ordering at first, but the compact design appealed to me. The design is simple, but it feels better made than the cheaper strap I had before. Very happy with it and it is now part of my usual kit.

Frequently asked questions

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Can I wear it all day?

Absolutely. Breathable materials mean no sweat, no itch, no discomfort, even through a 10-hour shift. Wear it under trousers, leggings, or football socks. Invisible but effective.

How is this different from a knee brace?

A knee brace wraps your entire joint and squeezes everything. It restricts movement, overheats, and doesn't target where the problem actually is. The Stryde Precision Strap applies focused pressure on one specific point the patellar tendon and redirects force away from it. It's the difference between a flashlight and a laser.

I've tried braces and sleeves before. Nothing worked. Why would this?

Because those products weren't aimed at the right spot. Sleeves compress the whole knee. Braces lock the whole joint. Neither one targets the tendon where force actually concentrates. That's why they didn't work, not because your knee is beyond help, but because you were solving the wrong problem. This strap targets that one point. And for most people, that's all it takes.

It looks really small. Does it actually do anything?

We hear this a lot, honestly, we get it. But a plaster is small too. A scalpel is smaller than a sledgehammer. Size isn't the point. Precision is. The strap is smallbecauseit only needs to cover one spot.

Will it fit my knee?

Yes. Adjustable velcro strap fits every leg shape and size, slim, athletic, or larger. No sizing chart. No measuring tape. Wrap, tighten, done. We've had people from size 6 to size 22 wear them without issue.

Will it slide down during exercise?

No. The silicone pad grips your skin and stays locked. Charlotte E. wore hers through a full 10K warm-up to finish and"didn't once think about her knee."Emma D. hiked the Peaks for four days on wet, muddy trails. It didn't budge.

What if it doesn't work for me?

Full refund within 60 days. No questions. You keep the straps. At £14.95 each, the worst-case scenario is you're out less than two coffees. The best case? You get your stairs back. Your walks. Your weekends.
